Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

    "An Act relating to hunting licenses and tags for nonresident                                                               
    members of the military service or the United States Coast Guard                                                            
    and their dependents; providing for free hunting and sport fishing                                                          
    licenses for active members of the Alaska National Guard and
